Propane tank in a NB???

If the propane injection Valois is undertaking turns out to be the best performance gain for the money.....then we will have a big challenge to find a location for the propane tank in the New Beetle.

I certainly do not want to put it in the trunk. The trunk is small enough as it is.

Maybe the driver's side front fender?

There is an obvious gamble here, HowardZ, but how about in the spare tire well?

Spare tire well? Then there'll be no spare tire.

Perhaps if using 5 or 10 pound propane bottles. Hmm.. that should be small enough to go in the trunk without giving up much grocery space.

I have never seen a 5 or 10 pound propane bottle. Have you?
