Reguardless of the settings in VAGCOM, I cannot program the car to unlock with one press of the keyfob. I was able to activate the unlock function when the car is shut off and the key removed.

What is the existing Soft. Coding of the control module?
Look at the existing Soft. Coding. If you have selective unlocking (press the unlock button on the remote once to open the driver's door, twice to open all the doors) the last digit of your coding should be an odd number. To make all doors unlock, add 1 to the coding.

The vagcom website discription is a little deceiving. Its example showed the number 66 changing to 67. I found my 66 and changed to 67 and it didnt work. The number above the 66 was a lot higher, but ended in an even number, so i added one to it and now it works. Thanks for the assistance everyone.
