Power loss in 06 Jetta

What’s up guys, I got a 06 Jetta tdi and I experience random loss of power after going up a steep hill or after a heavier load. Doesn’t happen too often but when it does the car barely wants to move. If I pull over and shut the car off for a few minutes it goes away and seems fine. Any ideas? Boost issue?? Egr deleted btw
