Power Issues again

I am currently fighting power issues and have been for about a year overall with my 2005 TDI Golf BEW motor. I have put in a new turbo, newer engine, new cam and followers, a new larger intercooler from Darkside Developments, PD150 injectors, and am currently running a Tunezilla (Malone) stage 4 tune. The car was running great following the cam and followers replacement until I seemingly hit something in the road on Hwy 50 from Pueblo to Canon City. The car ran fine all the way to Florence and back to Pueblo. After sitting overnight I started the car to head to work in Canon and made it about 15 miles or so from home and all the sudden with little to no warning the car only pulled about 5 lbs of boost after pulling 20-25 lbs previously. The car then went into limp mode and only pulled 1-2 lbs with an underboost code (P0299). Clearing the code allows the turbo to spool and build 5 lbs boost again for a few minutes then the car will go back into limp mode with the P0299 code pending. Long story short, I am reaching the end of my capabilities of diagnosing this car and am looking for professional/semi-professional help diagnosing the issues with this car as I have sunk enough money into this car on my own with little to no true success. I have VCDS so I can upload logs, just need to know what to log. I posted something similar on VWVortex a couple months back. Found my original issue was caused by failed followers on the intake valve on cylinder 4 and the exhaust valve on cylinder 1 or vice versa. Thus I replaced the cam and followers on all valves. The engine that came with the car also had a bent valve, but I replaced the head before replacing the cam and followers. I am at a complete and total loss and am on the border of giving up and parting the car out which I'd rather not do, hence why I am here.

Is there any damage after hitting whatever you hit in the road? Did it pinch of the exhaust system or something?

No visible damage that I could easily see with the car on ramps in the garage. The only thing that seemingly changed was I can now hear the intake a bit better for some reason, but again I don't see anything glaringly obvious when looking at the engine bay or underneath the car. I have the Dieselgeek Panzer plate on the car so I'd like to thing that it only knocked something loose at most?

You almost certainly have a massive boost leak. Pull the panzer plate and inspection the entire charge air path carefully. It should be obvious, but if not you might need to do a smoke test to find the leak.

Yeah... apparently I had a small case of tunnel vision going on. Crawled under the car this afternoon after posting this and the charge pipe boot going to the cold side of the turbo had popped off. Must not have tighten the clamp enough when I was reassembling the engine bay. Builds 20 lbs again like nothing

you should take some logs and see whats going on regardless. 011-001-004 turbo mode. unless a clamp broke or was very much undertightened...20psi shouldn't even be blowing off stock piping
