Posting a thread (almost)

When I start to post a thread and type in something, and then change my mind and delete the text and move on, if I come back to it the text is now back like I never deleted it. Is there something in the web site that does this I can turn off or is it Windows doing it?

The website autosaves it in case you change your mind or your computer crashes or something. I don't think you can change it.

Same thing if you hit reply then decide not to. It's a feature
