I ran mine today hp hit 168 on the first run and 170 on the second. They couldn't get torque because they use a relective to to get rpm signal and they were out of tape. They only charged me 25 dollars. I was aready there with 6 other vw gassers. rc4 fmic pp764's 11mm pump.
I have another run in 2 weeks to get torque numbers. When I have both Torque and HP I will post the results sheet.

Had an AZ dyno day at Dyno-Comp in Scottsdale, AZ last Saturday. Dyno is a Dyno Dynamics dynamometer. Mods are Ups II, Eurojet II FMIC, PP520's, mufflerectomy, and OMI. Pulled 130.8 hp and about 208lbs torque. I was happy with the curves. And another guy didn't have the FMIC and it was interesting to see the heat soak on his curves. Anyway, here's the graph:

Here's the boost and HP curves. Spike's not too bad, no boost valve:

Hmmmm. Can't believe I've not posted in this thread yet - Oh well. Here's mine. Mods to the engine (PD130) - Allard Hybrid VNT20, Wider air intake + green filter, Allard FMIC + decatted exhaust. Also no pipework in the whole system is thinner than 50mm, which helps a lot. 221bhp & 482Nm. Green line was the run as "standard" with all the gear but standard map. 151bhp. So got 70bhp just from the remap alone. Note how the curves peak at much different times - this makes the car much more fun to drive, in a petrol sense. Peak torque at 2800rpm and peak power at 3800rpm. Free revving, but still so much power low down. :D

Unitronic Dyno

What you think about Stage 1 Unitronic Chipped on a TDI Jetta 2006 PD100
Stage 1+ provides extra power, not yet Dynoed.... :)

PS: Chipped via SPI Cable by the OBD port!!!!! ;)

Here is my current Dyno of our 2005 Jetta Wagon with the 5spd and the PD 100 motor.
It was done to compare the new Van Aaken SmartBox to a base pull.

I am currently running stock with a mufflerectomy and the Van Aaken SmartBox.
The Base HP & Tq are still rising.

No actual plot, but fresh dyno run today at a new place and got 223.4 bhp and 203.4 at the wheels. With 355 lb/ft.

I watched your vid clip of that. SWEET!

If the Van Aaken reps can not up my power any more then I will return it and get the Dieseltuning box. It is extra money but I hope for the extra power!

It seems to be always the same thing... most of the engines that had problems were cause by a nozzle or injector!
I think that changing the nozzles and calibrating the injectors should be part of the TDI mantainace lets say at 200k kms more less...

PD130 highly modified engine, still on stock PD units:

Unfortunatelly clutch started slipping and it was the last dyno we managed to do. When he gets a new clutch there's still some reserve for a bit more HP and a beter torque curve between 2600 -3500rpm.

Took of some high rpm torque until he gets the new clutch:

Got my Passat PD130 chipped today.
All stock except chip.

I was told this dyno is very conservative.
Some told me that I could probably add 5% to these numbers, but I dont know. Im not familiar with dynos.

To bad he diddnt test 6. gear. It would be nice to know what kind of speed 4700RPM @ 6. gear resulted in.

Now I wonder .. would I benefit from a larger IC?

Anyone care to guess how much boost I have now? .. 22-23psi or so?

Does the car smoke a lot?
Ussualy the Mahas are not conservative , they are very precise! :D

The car should have been mesured in 4th gear...

Cheers

Some smoke when I floor it, but not much at all. I expected more to be honest.

Its good to know the dyno is precise. I dont like the low whp numbers, but hey, atleast I got an acurate bhp number :)

Why 4th gear? .. I have a 6. speed tranny.

Would running the test in 4th gear have given me better numbers?

Runing in 4th gear would probably give a bit more torque... but the power wouldnt change more tham 2-3bhp.
In the Maha manual it says you have to mesure the car in the most direct gear... so the 4th gear is the one that is closer to 1:1 ratio (atleast I think so....cant be shure :( )

I´ll have to run another one in 4th then .. but I think i´ll check the gear ratios first. Maybe the manual has some info on that.

Yeah , checkin the ratios would be nice... I really dont know the ratios on a 6gear gearbox but I still think the 4h is the closest do 1:1,00 .... hey, dont expect any diference from mesuring in 4th...

Nice to see a highly tuned 240bhp+ TDI still running on stock pd130 injectors. Gives me hope I shouldn't need to swap mine over yet. Something else is likely to break first. Damn, I'm gonna need to re-dyno my car once the lpg starts working tomorrow.

Dyno of PD-100 with a DieselPower Tuning Box

Here is the current Dyno on the PD-100 with the DieselPower Tuning Box and the TPC.

Hp is increased by 20% and Tq is increased by about 29% over advertised VW specs.

But compared to my last baseline stock pull of 108Hp and 200 Tq, this is only an increase of 10% Hp and 19.68% Tq.

I had hoped for much better! :(

Maybe it was the Shell Ultra Diesel that I wasted my money on??

Was this baseline done on the same Mustang dyno?
All of my Dyno runs are done on the same Mustang 1100 Dynamometer in 4th gear.
Bugablue pulled 102 HP and 192 Tq with his 1998 NB TDI with an evry mod and no cat or muffler.
There was an SRT4 that pulled 328 HP the same day.

I'll show you what my car did at a Dynocom dyno day in London, Ontario a month ago... the shop only gave me a screen dump of the top right part of the graph and the numbers -

129hp@2785
254ft-lb@2650
That's 205s and Unitronic 2 chip.
I don't think they did the run right.

Ive called them twice, Diesel Dazzler has called them, and they still promise to email the data file in 2 days, or next week. Not bad for what $500 in instant business that day.

What a crappy business. I'll never go there again.
