That's a nicer drive from Baraboo than hwy 12 anyway. Sorry, do my snowboarding at Cascade but I could bring my mtn bike for Blue Mounds. As long as your fancy coffee maker goes with you I'm cool.

I like the idea as I am more of a rural person myself. Although it will be awhile hopefully before I need any of your services as OH did my TB, BS, WP, MM, AP etc. this past June. Fact remains that I wouldn't have to drive through flat Illinois to get to you! ;)

Waiting for them to accept an offer. Also the well testing. Financing is approved on the 30+ acres.

I drive nearly 125 miles one way to see my TDI gurus, so I cannot imagine any dedicated TDI-er would find your new location too far to travel.

That is a really neat area. You are amongst rolling hills, wonderful roads to drive on, some really unique spots to visit, great vineyards (very important), and ofcourse the ski-ing.

Looks like you are going for it. I would definitely drive there versus Madison because I enjoy the out of the way feeling a lot more than right in the city.

Good luck.

p.s: I haven't been online here in a while. You've got a PM.

This place is off but we are looking at 6 others tomorrow. Some serious issues with septic that could have cost $$ to fix and or not been able to have been fixed due to DNR and state regs.

West of Madison is definitely nicer country. But if you get a fair amount of Illinois business, have you thought about moving out in the Stoughton or Edgerton direction?

One property is south of Madison. We don't like east or No. east.

Not a chance on moving to AZ.

Yeah but that does not cover the rest of the house. These are good for a hunting cabin.

We aren't going anywhere right now. We'll keep looking next spring. There just isn't enough time to get everything in place for the shop to move before winter.
