Poly bushings?

Can anyone comment on the ECS kit regarding poly front bushings? I checked the rear LCA and it is destroyed. I have a set of TTs somewhere but I wanted to hear how the polys are working out. My springs are already hard and I'd like to have as much of a go kart like experience as I can.

I plan to replace whatever is on the LCA, the control arm end links, the thingie with three bolts, and probably the CV joints.

My car has 200k and coilovers, so I'm sure everything has been well railed.

Also, should I replace the rear stuff with poly units?

I know my bump stops are trashed, is there anything other than the stock yellow foam that I can put there? My shocks don't have enough dampening so they bottom out a lot.

Edit: in the rare instances that I'm going 90 and have to slam on my brakes really really hard, my car feels like a floating boat veering side to side. Is there anything I can do to keep the car going straight, or does it have to do with brake fluid issues or slightly worn discs?

Well I know some theory about this, so I'll chime in.
Poly+Diesel=Bad Times
I say this because usually the case is that all that rattle needs something to just deaden it. With poly, gasser motors have half the rattle so poly is fine. But diesel and poly could lead to just components around the car getting over worn as the car goes on.

With a 90-to-0 slow down control, I would suppose after all of you have done, an anti-swaybar is what I suppose you need to do. It will just get all that suspension in line with each other so it will at least "feel" like you have more control.

I will never use poly again, even on gassers.
they simply do not last. I went poly nuts a few years ago
on a few vehicles. I have since had to replace most
all the bushings back to rubber. and one vehicle had less than 20k
To me that's unacceptable.

Ah I completely forgot about the diesel rattle. I have a BFI stage II dogbone so I kind of got used to rattles.

I disconnected the front sway, I will try a 60-0 brake slam and see if the car still feels floaty. I think it has a lot to do with the cars dampening and the shifting of weight around during braking. Is just a lot cheaper to go in and replace a bunch of stuff rather than re do the whole suspension.
