Please help: Over 3 business days and still no eft

Got the EFT email today.

In the same boat. Turned in after 1600 on 12/30. Currently (2045 1/1) no chase email. Figure after 3 business days, I'm reporting it stolen since contractually I wasn't compensated.

Received Chase email 01/02 at ~ 6PM EST, $ is in my account pending this morning (1/3).

I turned in the car on 12/30 6:30pm. I expect the Chase email no later than 1/5 Friday. Then I expect loan payoff by mid January followed 10 days later by the overage. So everything should be settled before Feb.

Initially I expected funds by 1/5 but I received Chase email on 1/2 Monday (that's fast considering the weekend plus holiday) then less than 12 hrs later the funds are now in my account.

Me too funds pending. Turned in 12/30 received email from chase last night to log in and complete transfer funds. ADIOS and thank you for new down payment VW hello GLC 300 4matic. Damn what a car nice, roomy, quiet, mileage so-so but life to short to worry now.
