I have NEVER seen the top of Mt. Washington as clear, as warm, and as windless as it was this evening.

The shadow of the mountain cast on the adjacent mountains and the lower cloud layer.

We wound up checking out Mt. Washington on the way up yesterday, we were the last cars up, and the only ones at the top

Riding (hanging onto) a bicycle down the hill to route 26 at 47 mph: Priceless!
Pedaling back UP that hill at 4.7 mph: Annoying.
Going slow enough to actually see things in other than a blur of motion: Priceless!
