Clatterman, Was that shot taken on the northeast area of the lake, at the public launch? Cool shot of a cool car in a way cool location, I think I have a new wallpaper for my desktop. Thanks!
I'm really curious about your vehicle, especially since it has no plates, was this photo taken when it was new? I had ordered a White/beige GLS TDI through Capistrano VW, but settled for a Gas NB when my former car was killed by a rock...but that's another story. I actually saw that white Golf in the back lot of Capistrano with a sold sign on it. Could this be the same Golf? Thanks for the great shot.

Yes, the car was new. Took delivery 6/15. Wifey and I took weekend trip to a B&B the following weekend. Tons of fun.

Picture is at the big resturant on the pier. I was standing on the steps looking west, i think.

Now that it's Nov., car has 13k on it.
I've been busy. No mods yet until after Y2K.

Beautiful car, beautiful shot. I am partial to white Golfs, since I got one last September. It looks much like yours, but with a beige interior. Great little car. If you enjoy it half as much as I do, that means I enjoy it twice as much as you!

Fabulous car. Since I got the wife a Jetta TDI - Auto, the Golf GLS-TDI is on my shopping list. Probably white, definitely 5 speed. Post more pix if you got 'em!!
