Pd130 intake on Leon 1m 1.9 tdi 110 hp

hi everyone, I have a seat Leon 1m 2004 1.9 tdi 110 hp asv, the egr valve is currently turned off and it has a chip at 140 hp, would the car be stronger if I put a pd130 intake left over from my old car, and what else would you recommend in terms of modifications.

I had a similar problem on a Leon Cupar R (6 speed box), a whine in 5th IIRC. I called a few gearbox specialist, one suggested changing the gearbox oil. I couldn’t see how it could possibly work, but took the cheap gamble. It worked. Worth a shot?

I didn't notice any difference on my old golf, probably need a custom map, bigger turbo and injectors to make it all work better.
