Passat SEL leather restriction ??

Oh boy...this could get ugly...Over on the Ask a VW Sales Guy blog, in the discussion about Jan orders, it says "No SEL orders due to leather restriction"?
Does anyone know what this is and what is going on in Chattanooga?

Maybe a supplier problem with dynamica inserts as well. This seems to affect all SEL's though for Jan. the factory is only processing TDI orders which in this case will be SE only. I guess they have enough SEL seats for some orders this month because I'm supposed to be getting mine sometime next week.Oh boy...this could get ugly...

Like me, I would gather your order is ok. They probably have just enough supply for orders already in. The problem will be with new orders input this month.Over on the Ask a VW Sales Guy blog, in the discussion about Jan orders, it says "No SEL orders due to leather restriction"?
