Passat NMS Body Controller Information

This thread will have information I've collected about the NMS's Body Control module (the replacement for the CECM on the older cars).

Our 2012 SE trim car has the "low" module, 5K0 937 085S. A 2012 SEL car I worked on has the module 5K0 937 087AA, a '13 had the same.

The connectors as pictured left to right are T52c, T52b, and T52a.

You'll notice there are many missing / open pins. In particular the top middle large pin on connector A and C... that's where the fog lights would hook up on the NMS.

I was surprised buy how little there is inside! I expected more voltage controllers.

Here's a spreadsheet where I've worked out what just about every pin does: VW BCM Pinout

Here are some factory long codings I saved:
12 SE-: 6F200E3BF02B08D408880001160004480071008840A00560628060000C70
12 SEL: 6F200E1B982B08D408880201360085480071008645A005F0648060009C70
13 SEL: 6F200E1B982B08D408880201360085480071008645A005F0648060009C70 (same as 12)

It controls all of the lighting and a number of other functions including locks, alarm, power windows, etc. It is the "brain" of all of the non-engine electrical systems.

Thank you for doing this, I was looking for something similar when I was installing footwell lights and took a gamble on the right pin based on some research...

I did find one somewhere, but it is not complete.

Yes I did see the spread sheet, but it seems most of the pins, atleast the ones i was looking is not populated.

Basically looking for the J519 pinouts for the newer BCM units of 2013 + Models. Since I am looking to hookup the LIN Bus Siren to replace the Alarm Horn on my 2013 Passat TDI SE w/SR.

That was the info i found liking at the factory wiring for 2012 passats and ccs.

If you find the info let me know and I will add it to the spreadsheet.

The BCM is mounted above the pedals inside the dashboard.
