Hello, I have a Passat B6 2007 1.9 TDI BLS and the problem is it doesn't start very well when it's warm but starts great when it's cold (most of the time).

I scanned the car with VCDS and this is the only fault I got :

1 Fault Found:
000833 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40)
P0341 - 000 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

I changed the camshaft position sensor and the problem is not fixed. I also changed: battery, starter, fuel pump, and crankshaft sensor.

Does someone know what could be the issue? All the mechanics/repair shops I visited see the Camshaft Position Sensor fault and tell me I need to replace it and the problem will be solved but looks like it's not the sensor.

Your timing may be off. What's the torsion value?

Thank you Bosch. When the car is at operating temperature, no amount is injected. If the starter does not reach 260rpm, it will not start. Either replace tired starters or fix the engine software.
