passat 2.0 tdi CR

Hey guys,
was after some help. I recently had the engine light come on and after a scan it stated code:
P2196 02 sensor signal biased / stuck rich bank 1 sensor 1.

I have since replaced the 02 sensor on bank1, checked all the wiring. run diesel system cleaner through it and the light automatically went off but then returned 50 miles later it just doesn’t go away.
wandering if the turbo actuator may need replacing but not sure if that would cause this issue.
Really stuck here and could do with any help please.

I have a basic bluetooth obd2 reader which i can use with my phone.
i have noticed when reading sensor data there is 0volt to 02S1
is that normal?
took a couple screenshots whilst driving 20mph. can anybody help interpret?

I was looking at normal sensor readings for an O2 sensor and it seems it reads .1 of a volt so maybe that is why the reading is so low.

After you replaced the sensor, what code is it giving you? The same one?

If you are worried about the turbo actuator, the zip tie fix is usually very easy to do and very easily undone as well, it is something to try. I haven't done the zip tie fix on a 2.0 CR, just on the 1.9 PD so you might have better luck on the MK6 forum here because the 2.0 CR is more common on those cars.

How many miles are on your car?

Hey Mextdi, I have just checked this against another passat and the readings seem to be just as kine are.
im not sure if it could be the actuator I was asking if that could be a possibility as i am not the most experienced with these cars.
