I bought this 2000 beetle to use as a donor vehicle for a 5 speed swap. Car has 415,285 miles on it. Lower end was rebuilt at 233,313 due to hydrolock from a puddle. Interior is almost non existent.

Gauge cluster- $50 shipped obo

Items not available:

Headlights- SOLD
Sunroof control and cover- SOLD
Injection pump, will be available after I replace the top seals and o-ring
Injectors
5 speed swap items
MAF is shot due to previous owner running a K&N filter
Wheels not available until I'm about to scrap the car
No center caps for the wheels
Leather seats are junk, they work but covering is ruined
Power steering is bypassed, so I assume steering parts may not work
Hood is dented

I replaced the center dash bezel on mine the other day and dropped one of the screws down the dash and couldn't find it. I could use 2 of these off yours if you are willing. Remove the slide off piece on top of the dash. Right up where it meets the center bezel are 2 screws holding it in place. Send me those if you will. $?

Thanks!

Should be able to check on the fogs tomorrow. I know the switch works (turns green when you pull on it), but the lights didn't come on.

Would also be interested in the rings on the fogs if not cracked, already have the remainder of the grill, but the body shop didn't get the rings around the fogs for some reason, they got the horizontal line trim in the middle of the grill, just not the ring surrounds.

Right side fog:

Left side fog:

Not sure if the lenses could be cleaned up or not. The reflector is in rough condition in the driver side. Not a lot of the chrome left.

Head lights you sold me arrived today. Very nice and as described. These will make the Beetle look new again! Well packed and shipped as said. Thanks a lot for these! Just what I needed. Thanks again. Now if you happen to find those 2 screws I need that will just do it.

Are the headlight latch assemblies good in yours? Yesterday I found that my passenger side is slightly messed up but still usable for now. There should be 2 small black pieces in the back on the locking track that serve to stop the headlight from moving back any more. One of mine is broken off and the track actually comes loose, making it difficult to close. If yours are in good condition I would be interested in those as well as that screw I keep mentioning. The small black pieces (about 1/2" in size) kind of look like a grid back there. The lights themselves have a small piece that contacts them to stop rearward movement. Let me know.

This is one of the two little black pieces that stops the rearward movement of the headlight housing and also is part of the guide rail for the sliding strip locking mechanism in there. These need to be intact. As you are looking into the empty bucket hole one is at 2 o'clock and the other at 7 o'clock IIRC.

I pulled some screws for you. I am not sure about the latches. Will be a few days before I go back to the car to be able to check.

Hey where are you located? I need a few random bits but I can't remember what at the moment. Intank fuel pump, stock radio, plastic bits, etc.
I'm located in west kissimmee.

Removed engine a couple weeks ago. Fired right back up even after sitting since November.

Also have the headrests still.

Make an offer if interested in anything. Will be scrapping the shell of the beetle soon.
