panoramic sunroof rails stuck

Hi, Try to figure out how to replace stuck rails on 2014 jetta sportwagon. Have whole assemble out of car motor disconnected cables loose still cannot move mechanism on rails. Has anyone rebuilt or further disassembled?

Understand the pano system motor is removed. Correct? Is the driven front glass removed also?
