P2563 2014 Beetle TDI

Hey all, I have a 2014 Beetle TDI, today I had the glowplug light flash and got it checked. It produced the code p2563 which has to do with the Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit Range / Performance. I'm not quite sure where to start, does anyone have any suggestions on a mechanic in the Hampton roads area that won't break the bank? Thank you guys.

That DTC relates to the vane position sensor, which is part of the VNT actuator on top of the turbo, the plug is at the very top/rear of the engine near the firewall. It could be the sensor is bad, it could also be something wrong with the turbo itself.

New turbo comes with that part on it, but that part is available by itself. They call it a "repair kit".
