Good evening, i have a Mazda cx5 2012 2.2 diesel. When my choke comes on and then the revs start to drop, I have alot of smoke coming out the exhaust for about 30 seconds. The plug in reader has the code P0401, I took it into my local garage and they said there's a blockage in the EGR and I need to take it to a specialist as they dont do that at their garage. It also has rough idling like missing revs. The smoke looks white but it could be blue, im not sure. Definitely not black. I've had cataclean put in, oil and filter change and an EGR delete and the smoke still comes when the choke comes on. Any advice please? It does it around every 5 times the choke comes on. Thank you
