Over boost!

Hi all! Hopefully someone can help me on my quest to get an answer to my overboosting issue on my mk1 Skoda 1.9tdi, in a nutshell, it overboosts at about 3000rpm and throws up the charge pressure control positive deviation code, I've checked the actuator which is free, checked and replaced a few vac lines and run live data using vcds lite. All the numbers add up and all sensors seem to be as they should. The only value which stands out to me is the charging pressure valve which stays at 20% on idle, should this not be more? I am learning as I go so please excuse my ignorance! Thanks, Ben

any mods to it? how much does it boost? have u done n75 check on vcds? does the geometry move freely without any squeals ONCE you disconnect the actuator rod? ive had a similar issue, pm me and we'll talk
