I'm a full service center from A/C Repair&Diagnosis, Malone Tuning software to check engine light diagnosis, electrical problem diagnosis, brake&suspension and anything in between.

A bit of my background; I did a 2 year course in auto mechanics when I was 18 while working for a import specialist (mini/austin/jaguar) then got in to a VW dealership when I got out of school. I'm now 32.

Licensed at 21, worked for VW, Audi and Volvo (6months) general repair work & wheel alignment mostly, I'm 4 courses shy (out of 20-25) of being a VW Master Tech. I also have both alignment basic and advanced alignment Hunter courses (7days total training).

I've owned 50+ VWs, ranging from 1987 2door jettas, 3 VR6 corrados, 3 B4 wagon VR6 Passats, 1 MK2 1.8T GTI, 1 ALH Jetta Wagon, 4 BEW TDI Golfs, and one V8 Touareg... I currently drive a BEW Golf.... For now

I install only German made/premium quality parts sourced from local German parts distributors, like Continental, HEPU, Total/Fuchs oils, Febi Bilstein, Bosch and genuine VW parts.

I'm also the authorized Malone Tuning dealer for the NCR.

I have very aggressive prices on timing belt replacements, DSG services, clutch replacement, brakes and the like. PM me for personalized quotes.

I'm VCDS equipped / Elsaweb enabled.

Some promotions for TDIClub members:

Timing belt replacement, including all bolts, rollers, water pump, labor, coolant flush and timing adjustment on fuel pump or cam (on BEW/BRMs). Timing belt kit used is a HEPU kit with Contitech belt/metal impeller pump and coolant is OEM VW.

ALH/BRM/BEW : 700$ Parts and labor included
CBEA/CJAA: 850$ Parts and labor included
Add 40$ if serpentine belt is needed.

Clutch replacement: includes all bolts, single mass flywheel, pressure plate/disc/bearing and labor. Clutch kit is either ECS Stage 1 (VR6 kit w/14# SM flywheel) or Valeo stock single mass kit, your choice.

ALH/BRM/BEW :
ECS Stage 1: 800$ all in.
Valeo : 900$ all in.
Add 150$ for new clutch bearing sleeve/fork and pivot bolt/spring and rear main seal (Highly recommended!)
*BRM + 150$ for rear main seal replacement.

Keep in mind you're getting the same quality tech as your local dealership, i'm both a VW Certified tech for 2011 (this running year), got out of a local dealership only a month ago And same quality parts, Contitech/HEPU are comparable if not better to VW OEM.

It's a win/win situation for you guys!

Can you tune a 2010 CR golf??

Mine is about to have it's warranty expire dues too many Kms, and a little pep would be nice

Perhaps you could recommend a tune and pricing as well.

I'm looking for a good step up from stock, but nothing so aggressive that components must be upgraded.

My car is a 6 spd manual.

If you're in the Ottawa region I can recommend tuning friendly dealers that won't give you any issues and even then we can also flash it back to stock if ever you have an issue... Which would be done free of charge of course...

Big thanks to David ....... long story short. My lift pump crapped out at work - had to have the car towed home. Contacted David and he fixed me up with a new pump - driving to my house to put it in !! Great guy to deal with if you are in the NCR (Ottawa area) ....

A heads up...

Just got confirmation that I'm receiving both my interface to flash Malone Tuning tunes for 2008s and up cars AND my brand new Robinair Full auto Recover/Recharge A/C machine (same exact machine your local dealership has)... Both are coming in next tuesday the 26th!

With this new A/C machine I will be able to perform all possible services on our cars from DSG flushes, check engine/electrical diagnosis with VCDS, A/C repair and diagnosis, timing belt and brake replacements...

The 2 only things I can't do right now is tires (tire changer/balancer planned in 2months) and wheel alignments (might wait a bit on that one, a good machine is 40k )
