Anyone kind enough to let me use their driveway/garage to do some basic maintenance/repairs in Toronto? I'll bring pizza beer etc.. and got all tools/jacks etc...


Moved to an apartment and last time I did work on the car management came quickly to tell me to stop. Don't want to get into any trouble again.

What's the Hatch and Window mod?

Window mod is so you can roll your windows up & down remotely with the fob. For wagons, the hatch mod is where the hatch is unlocked in sync with the doors, so the fob/door panel button is not required to open it.

Free Wagon Roof Racks

They're from an an old Subaru Forester, however I used them on both my MK4 and Mk6 wagon. Kinda ugly & one of the mounts is getting to the end of it's life.....but you can have 'em for free.

Front oem struts from a 2013 tdi wagon. 130,000 k on them. Just replaced as I had to fix a broken spring and figured I'd stick in new struts while i was in there. They still worked fine. Pickup in brooklin. Free.

-Starter (dunno honestly it's been ages since i pulled them) x2
-Bare block
-Short block (needs tlc, not good to go)
-Injection pump
-Valve cover
-Connecting rod set
-Pistons with pins
-Coolant caps
-fuel tank caps
-truck jack
-owners manual for 2002 jetta
-Horns
-Brake calipers for core or rebuild
-injectors for core or rebuild
-VR6 fuel rail
-VR6 plastic valve cover
-Passenger side mirror assembly in blue
-MK3 steering rack (dunno)
-hand brake assemlby
-Tan glove box
-Windshield washer fluid reservoir with pump

Also came across two stock alloy wheels for a mk4 with old snow tires on them. And a complete front rad support with a radiator and fans installed. Adding them to the list for free as well.

Free for MK4 Golf:
Springs. Aftermarket fronts (brand unknown), OE three orange/one white (silver?) rear. Removed when I installed a lift kit/replaced shocks.

One rear shock incl upper mount. Sachs SuperTouring. Still has gas pressure and doesn’t leak oil.
