What kind of bribery are we going to need to get Jeff there, or you with his pre-programmed chips?

You can take the disclaimer off my name. I would gladly pre-pay to get Jeff there.MrErlo said:01 - Bad_Actor

Jeff,
Is anyone interested in coming to the Old Navy GTG? We have 14 people who want to get chipped and about 1/3 will be willing to prepay. Hey if not possible for distance or other commitments can you let folks know? which cars are you gonna be chipping? i was inspired to get mine chipped after trying out yours at the KC GTG. thanks again for all the help there.Nitrowolf said:I will come with 3 Jetta's to be chipped if Jeff will be there
Find two friends, give them fuel money and let them 'drive it like it was stolen' the whole way back!MrErlo said:it's gonna be tough to drive three cars down there at once isn't it?
I bought another TDI, and my neighbor bought two. Yeah, we'd probably drive one car and bring the ECU for the other two.MrErlo said:which cars are you gonna be chipping? i was inspired to get mine chipped after trying out yours at the KC GTG. thanks again for all the help there.

the TB list is on page one and you will be car 3 for install order. I will put you on that list and you need to read it to see what all you need to bring.mcolmsted said:Is it too late to get on the TB list? We've got an 03 Jetta wagon with 95K miles and growing.
This will be our first ON GTG. We used to attend the MI GTGs regularly before we moved down here. Looking forward to meeting some new (for us) faces!

well i'll be thru on the way to Old Navy's place. i thought some other guys from KC were gonna head down as well.... JoeCool maybe? we could get a nice little caravan put together and spread TDI love all across Missouri.Nitrowolf said:let me know if you come through KC again!
I think there are rumors they actually do some work between BSing and eating donuts. I could be wrong though...paix247 said:808 mile drive...
Pull the ECU and SEND it to him. With a VAGCOM you are all good.paix247 said:Any chance Jeff will be coming any closer to Minnesota in the next year or so? or is this as good as its going to get for me? 808 mile drive...
Just hauling greg would be a workout for that rig.Well if all works out well I will be there with my latest purchase. Its and 1982 Westfalia with a big 48hp diesel.

but you're gonna have the whole garage dehumidified for use when we get there right? 5% is what i'm looking for, driest ever.Old Navy said:Currently it is 57* with 93% humidity.
Not in this part of the country, NM or AZ yes. By Oct we should be seeing 40% to 50% humidity, doubt that we would see 30% range ever.MrErlo said:but you're gonna have the whole garage dehumidified for use when we get there right? 5% is what i'm looking for, driest ever.
Humidity is only that low around here when it is 20 below zero.MrErlo said:but you're gonna have the whole garage dehumidified for use when we get there right? 5% is what i'm looking for, driest ever.
