My '13 is now accumulating about 6 or so ounces of oil in the bottom of the intercooler every 3,000 miles. That is almost double what it was a year/7,000 miles ago. Oil accumulation was negligible 30,000 miles ago.

Is my driving with a very light foot contributing to the accumulation. i.e., would a more aggressive style blow it out into the intake and reduce the accumulation?

I would think there is an oil seal in the turbo going bad. Is that right? Is the turbo on its last legs?
Car is at 72,800 miles and otherwise has no issues at all, frequent oil changes with the proper oil. Kerma tuned since 2022.

I'm leaning towards the light foot being the problem normally, as I have some oil (haven't measured) in my intercooler, and I've got a turbo with less than 10k miles on it, but your case sounds like too much to be anything but the turbo seals. May be worth checking if you have a borescope. I also drive like grandpa. Since I deleted it's been black oil though, not that green snot stuff I had previously, for what that's worth. I've read through your thread on p026a as well. I cleaned the snot and replaced the map sensor with a known good bosch one and it went away.
