Oil consumption, intercooler full of oil

2013 Passat whipping me good. Oil consumption, poor fuel economy, new turbo and a delete and tune, did a piston soak with no help. Now blowing intercooler hose off and it has a more than normal amount of oil in it. I feel the oil is being lost there. Any ideas?

Mine used to blow the hose off. It just got old. I found a gates coolant hose with the same curve and I cut it to fit and swapped to t bolts. Solved that issue. As to oil being in the cooler mine has oil in it too. How much oil are you loosing? Any spots on the ground?

None on the ground. After the delete it smokes quite a bit. Last time I took the hose off it had about half a cup In it. Plus the gas mileage is not very good. I bought it for my daughter because mine gets 42.
