(gah, didn't get all the soot off the back)

A little bit of rust, won't be too bad to fix:

Interior's clean:

And so is the engine bay:

Let's just say that that's among the things that'll be fixed soon. (Getting some glass lenses, so I'll never have to worry about that.) The high beams are actually effective, the low beams... not so much.

What a great canvas to start with. Seems like it's in great shape except a couple minor body issues. Interior/suspension/engine are unmolested!

Looks really nice Tooef. The Glass lenses for a Golf are really nice. If you need an interim solution, you might want to try the 3m kit at any autozone (it has a drill head attachment and makes clearing up plastic lenses easy). I also should note that the A3 guys are breathing a little easier now that you chose the A4 :D .

I have some blue coral headlight lens restoring polish, it works quite well.

Looks really clean Eric! Hopefully the dealer takes care of that fender rust for you.

Eric, welcome to owning a TDI (finally!). :D

Looks like you got yourself a fairly decent one. Golf FTW.

Eric, congrats on the 1999 Golf. Looks pretty clean given the miles.

What do you have planned for it?
