Good to know. I'll need to pack stands and a jack then too, thanks...
John, I know you really mean "I'll ask my cool ass neighbor down the street to bring his stands and jack."

I'm buying a rear pad kit too, so I'll need help.

That's what she said... :D

Answer: Yes, I am a dirtball. With a name like 'Tickbait' what did you expect? :)

I'm still up...

This is partially indoors right? If we call it, I could be up for a raindate. I'm not in any rush to pull the rear wheels.

after just checking the weather channel, they're calling for another chilly wet day tomorrow :(

high of 65, 60% chance of rain, and rain between 9am-3pm...so we're postponing our shin-dig until after Memorial Day weekend - probably in June some time, i'm thinking the 2nd or 3 weekend of June

sorry guys :(

Bummer, WhiteTDI05 and I are going on vacation the first week of June and I was hoping to check out my new (By then) mods at Olivers Baltimore Dyno Day the next weekend, so we won't be able to make those dates. I'm really BUMMED:(. I thought tomorrow was supposed to be pretty nice. Oh well, see you all next time around.

Ok, We decided postpone until next sautrday May17th. I am going to make some space in warehouse so 2 or 3 cars can be worked on.

I was afraid that if somone really started wrenching and it started to rain that it would become a mess.

Wow, still a bummer. My car is going down to Oliver (TDIRacing) next saturday for some minor upgrades:D . So whitetdi05 and I will be in Baltimore. I hope everyone has a blast and we will be looking foward to the next Oaks GTG. Thanks Gero and Ginny for making this happen anyway, and I'm really sorry we'll miss you all. Have Fun,
Dean

My wife is 25 weeks pregnant. She was just ordered Bed Rest for the rest of her pregnancy today. So my life has been turned upside down. So we are not in the position to host any event in the near future.

Though, I hope that if things turn well, that a fall GTG may be a possibilbity.

Congratulations brother! :D Best wishes to both of you. Fatherhood is about as good as it gets. The bride and I have a 2 year old son and are thinking about a sibling in the near future. As far as the GTG goes, we need to think about 'Plan B'.

Ecodean: If this doesn't take form, would you still be willing to let me use your rear brake tool? If so, I could meet you in Doylestown to maybe pick it up on a Friday and return it on a Monday? I drive through town every morning and evening on the ride to and from work (Ewing, NJ.).

Gero an autumn GTG would be great, and congrats to you and Ginnie.

Tickbait PM me and I'm sure we can work something out so you can do your brakes.

Ecodean: Shot you a PM a minute ago. If you could lend this out, I'd greatly appreciate. Though I don't need it for the fronts, I think I will probably order another set of pads and rotors and do the fronts again too while I'm at it.
