I will be watching from the sidelines since I do not have any mods done yet /images/graemlins/mad.gif
Maybe seeing the dynos will make me blow a whole bunch of $$$ on mods the next week! /images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Jolene: You're scheduled to go first, and once the car is setup (15 minutes), each pull takes less than 15 seconds each...If you're there right a 9am, you should be done by 9:30.

Peter: No problem, you're now scheduled for one dyno session.

Who is getting the PP520's from KERMA? I could do a verification set of pulls from baseline B205+upsolute, then B203, then PP520's.

Eetsoot: Gary, are you going to make it up here for this one? If not, it will be the very first GTG I've been to that you're missing! Say it's not true!

just curious, is anybody going to be running pp520'z. i remember reading that kerma was going to send nozzles so we could dyno them. I might be wrong:

by the way, i am willing to bring some food to this. I was thinking of making a good sized corned beef, with some rolls. Is this still a pot luck or are people spliting when there dyno is done??

Bogstomper (Rudy), has pp520s in his car but he has to leave early, so at the moment, unless someone else has pp520s, we don't have a set.

Ray will be providing pizza for lunch but consider this a potluck. I'll be bringing some chicken. Ray has a grill so we can use that to cook/heat up some food people bring.

Dyno Lab has room for us to do oil changes, fuel filter changes, and most anything else so folks should use this opportunity to get things done if they need to.

Andrew(newtdi) i have been wondering what gains rocketchip stage 2 gives with stock injectors. would you be willing to do a run with my ecu? This way too i will be able to get a ballpark figure as to what hp/torque increase sprint 520's give. I would ofcourse pay for your run..

I will be ready to go! Spec clutch, new timing belt and water pump, Bosch 203 injectors. You know, I may do a run where I take out the airbox and find out what happens...

Would someone mind buying me a case of Delvac 1? The price from my source is not very good now...

Eric, they sell this new Mobil Truck & SUV oil which everybody says is Delvac 1. I have it in the supermarket next door at 4.99 per quart. We can get it there if you wish......You can also come and stay with us for the whole weekend, the room is free.

You sure it's the same stuff? I'll have to check it out.

I will be staying in Oakland with my friend...since Tim's shop is over on that side of the bay and I will be in very late Thursday night as usual (1am or so...). Thanks for the offer!

Well, I won't be there for sure, but can you tell me the difference between the B203's and the B205's? Thanks.

The spelling! LOL! /images/graemlins/laugh.gif ..... Seriously, ask FlyTDIGuy, he had both. If you mean the difference on a dyno, I am not sure we will have someone with those.

Well, you guys have fun. I think I will get mine dynoed at the next Northeast Dyno Day - if I get my slipping clutch replaced by then. /images/graemlins/eek.gif

Of course, not a problem. I guess my car is the only stock Tdi left in the SFBA. Can someone help me put the injectors in after the Dyno so we can see how much power and torque the RC stage 2 offers?

VF, I will try to dyno RC2 and 203. also ALH and 203. The idea was to get all stages in one ECU and dyno it this way, 4-5 pulls, but it may not happen (I still have great hope) Hope the clutch holds the upper stages.

peter, what the heck is 203? I can't keep track of these numbers! /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I didn't slip, although I tried with .205 and RC2. As soon as I put in RC3.1, slip city. Beware though, I believe that once your clutch starts slipping it will do it at lower torque. Just my subjective opinion, if you are on the cusp of slipping. (I'm not going back though /images/graemlins/smile.gif )

203 is the Bosch "216" injector that RedRotors sells, which I sent to Geoff time ago and he took a pix and said it was 203 microns, so I guess we should correctly call them "203" instead of "216".....

And, since the "216's", aka "203's" are more powerful than the "205's", the "205's" also must have another name? You can see why I'm confused! /images/graemlins/confused.gif
