Our official hotel for this year's TDIfest is the Hilton Suites in the Lexington Green, Lexington, KY. The rate is $99/night.

Registration link is below. At the current time, the registration link covers August 30 - September 8. Official TDIFest dates are September 2-5. Please, PLEASE make your reservations by August 2nd. After this date, the hotel has the option to release our reserved room block to other reservations. If they have rooms, they have indicated they will honor the rate but are under no legal obligation to do so.

With our four star all suites, we have a living room with a pull out couch, bedroom, bath, two 32” flat screen televisions, a wet bar, refrigerator, and in-room safe. We have a full service restaurant and lounge on the property, free ample parking, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Options:
We have held a few rooms 3 days prior and after your event just in case, but if you would like to make special arrangements for a certain bed type and/or extra days please contact Sarah Lanham (859) 271-7101, sarah.lanham@hilton.com.

Cancellation/Alterations:
Please contact the front desk no less than 3 days prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid cancellation or alteration fees.

That's the problem I had in Portland last year (no more kings). This is why I booked my hotel room early (back on March 29) this year. Apparently many (most?) hotels have a limited number of rooms with king size beds.

P.S. I'm glad that you will be at the fest. My brother just bought a 2011 JSW TDI, and I told him that he has to meet you (he lives in Wisconsin). Perhaps I can get him to come to the fest (he will be in Cincinnati that week).
