I thought I'd only entered mileage when originally responding to the offer, but I guess you're probably right. When I got the e-mail I looked back to the acceptance letter and noted that it said the amount could change but driving 1000 miles a month would not reduce the buy back amount and that driving it more than 12,500 might reduce it, but there was pointedly nothing about the possibility of the amount being increased by driving it less than 1000 miles a month or not at all.
Just wanted to be sure they wouldn't try to say that having signed the letter, I was bound to accept only that amount or lesser.
