From reading this, what I understand is that the no-splice version can be installed in an A4 Jetta? TMTuning's website refered to the no splice version as being A4 Golf/B5 Passat only...

Also, has everybody who's had the splice version had the problem where the hazard activated the last used blinker position when shut off?

Also, is there a How-To that's been made for noobs like me?

My cousin's 07 Outlander has this feature, but none of the quirks expressed in this thread.

I had mine sitting in a box for at least 6 months now (waiting for cooler weather).... anyway.... I wonder if we can find a suitable electronic relay to substitute for the OEM relay.

EP27 has a similar pin configuration


....scratch that thought.... because putting a different relay will probably revert it back to the the original (no 3-blink) function

This is because those are the only vehicles covered by the instructions.

I adapted the no-splice version to my New Beetle with little problem. Just need to think it through, as 4-way switch terminals are a little different. I bet same is possible on yours.
