Will the OBDII readout give engine oil mileage and air filter mileage?

IDK about the new models, but not on the MKIV, MKV cars.

I found the mileage on the center display.
I says 8500 miles. I think that means 8500 before the next oil change. If it said -8500 than that would be bad.
I am sure the OBDII report would be the same.
