My car broke down in Reno. I'm in SLC. I had an incomplete pump shipped to Reno. I need a pump to replace everything injection pump wise on my car.

Initially I thought I was getting an eco pump. I just got told that it's a full TD pump. But please, check this link and see if you have what I need. http://picasaweb.google.com/zac.stevens/Leonard?feat=directlink

Thanks for any help.

Try "Parts Place" they helped me with my 91 Jetta Diesel. They're all about the early VW diesels. Also there is a 1.6L IP on Anchorage craigslist that might work for your ap....

Don't really understand your post...but here is what I know about eco pumps and TD pumps...some eco's came with turbo and no boost aneroid on the pump...some eco's came with no turbo and an altitude compensating pump which looks just like a turbo pump and can function like one if you swap the diaphragm fittings around...are these photos of your car in the link?...if so someone has hybridized your engine...putting a turbo pump on an eco turbo motor or vice versa

Thanks for the leads, Russ. Following up on both of them now.

Jimbote, I'm not sure if it's the altitude compensating pump or if it's the turbo. Yes, that is a link to pictures of my car. I posted it in hopes of people being able to recognize which pump I have. Would we be able to find out specifically which it is with the part number(068 130 09Q)? Yeah, the PO-who has been very helpful-did a conversion including an engine and tranny rebuild into a Carat. So, "hybridized" sounds about right.
