Car is 03 ALH daily driver heavily modified running rc3 vnt17, 11mm Ip, pp520's, kerma 2" fmic, pd150 intake, 3bar map and SBC endurance 3. I'm looking to upgrade nozzles and tune with either pp764 or race 520's. My question is as far as drivability goes, which nozzles would be the best choice and why ?

Go with R520's and be done. It's easy to turn down R520's in the tune if there's too much fuel. You can't turn up PP764's if they're not enough.

Drivability won't be effected when properly tuned. I ran PP502's (near PP764's) and switched to R520's and drivability was unaffected without tune changes (though a bit smokey). Once tuned it was still good and no smoke.
