Been walking for a week /images/graemlins/eek.gif after I got a ticket back in June 2003. Its funny, I have a VR6 with 200hp for 3 years and then get a TDI. A month after getting it, I get a ticket /images/graemlins/mad.gif

Ah well, the springs and rims will go on her this weekend. I may even treat her to an oil change. I am a little anal about this 5000km oil changes on synthetic oil /images/graemlins/grin.gif

As per the TDI manual (99.5 - 2003), the oil change intervals are as follows:
8K
16K
32K
48K
etc... every 16K after that

I'll be pumping in some fresh Delvac 1 every 8K in my TDI. I'm sitting at a nice 19,XXX right now!

Oh yeah, my chaufering services will no longer be required soon!! Great News!!

Thanks for that.

I figured for the sake of $40 oilchanges and the money I save from having a TDi its worth it.

PS The roads got really bumpy in the last week. Maybe I shouldnt have dropped the ride yet /images/graemlins/eek.gif
