I call it my obiwankinobi connector. Any how I have power too it on my 06 Tdi so I can’t clear an engine light or get an emission. My neighbor to me there’s no power to the pin that supposed to be hot. Any ideas??

IIRC the power to the socket is fused.

Yep, check your fuses.

I didn’t realize I had a reply and I’ve checked them but have no idea which one it is. I can’t see one on the fuse schematic

It's the one that's blown...
Just take a 12v test light and start at one end and check until you find one that is blown.
