Check for vacuum on the line going to the turbo actuator. It should have strong vacuum at idle. Then check that the actuator pulls down with vacuum on it and releases when there is no vacuum.

ok i check my code and it was my turbo actuator that was stuck... now it look like okay but i will change it soon... perhaps i have now a very loose brake pedal, like i have to push it all the way down to have a little feel of breaking... as far as i know its normaly air inside brake system, but i dont know... will have to check this one too

I had the brake issue and it turned out to be blown rear calipers.... they were leaking out brake fluid, so the brake light was flashing and beeping at me. Mine has also been intermittently slow... not always. It needs an air filter and oil change BAD though, and that's on the to do list for the weekend.

First, are you sure it's the actuator that is stuck and not the vanes inside the turbo?

Actually, you aren't in that much of a pickle. You don't need much for brakes, since it's so slow anyway...

Just kidding. Also be sure to check that the intake manifold isn't plugged up. And get those brakes inspected and bled to make sure they are safe and that there is no air in the system.

also check the condition of your vacuum hoses. They probably are shot.
