New Section

I liked tdimeister's suggestion so much, I figured we were missing this whole section. While it is somewhat related to performance and economy as well, we now have a place to concentrate on more environmental items about TDI's and Diesel in General.

Gee, thanks Fred! I'm really humbled. I envision big things coming out of all this. All of the comments and concerns brought forward in other threads are well taken. We DO have a challenge on our hands. But as we have seen, we've had some big things come out of YOUR site (witness TDI Fest 2000), and I'd be simply delighted to see the successes we've achieved as a group extended.

I would really like to see some good sources of research about diesel economy and pollution. Only with really good data can we clarify the misconceptions of diesel engines (especially in North America).
