Just bought a 2013 Golf today. Gonna get the oil changed tomorrow. Any tips or info from you guys would be appreciated. She's standard by the way. Thanks for your time fellas. ?

Make sure you use the correct oil, one that meets VW's 507.00 specification. Enjoy the car!

No. And I'll add, don't go to an oil change place like Jiffy Lube. They'll use the wrong oil and it's common for the techs to strip the oil pan threads. For the cost of one change you can buy what you need (including ramps) to do it yourself. Your car's oil can be easily changed topside if you prefer.
