Last week I realized if I push on my brake pedal hard, it goes slowly to the floor. I am assuming this is the master cylinder in need of replacement. Driving 200 or more miles to get quality work done is no problem. I am willing to go to a dealership to a specific person. Contacting me off list is fine. I am in the area of the OH, PA, WV border.
It still has an extended warranty, so the person has to deal with this also. I am not in big hurry, but not excited about driving our second car on long trips.

With a warranty, it seems I should have a highly experienced person with this car do the work. But who? East Ohio and West PA willing to drive to.

I followed that thread with great interest.

the key to accessing the m/c condition is whether it bleeds down under normal foot pressure, not pressing hard. if it bleeds down under light pressure as would be at a stop, either with engine running or not running, you have a possible m/c problem. m/c replacement is rather straighforward, nothing exotic or high tech about it.

MOGolf is my preference, waiting on a reply to an email. Any other way to reach him?

I also don't know if he does warranty work.
