Need help Removing DSG selector knob panel

I need to remove a Selector Knob cover from this 2015 VW Jetta DSG console. I look all over my service manual and YouTube videos and cant find actual instructions or videos with this particular model. my service manual is showing older models and i tried prying those locations but not sure if those are the same spot. this is an image of my particular DSG knob

i think it literally just pulls off, get your finger nail under it or maybe a small flathead or knife even. i pull mine off to clean periodically. just realized you have a 15, mine is a 13, in the sportwagens thats a newer generation but not sure on the sedans. either way it looks pretty similar.
