Just got back from the dealer after complaining of fuel spilling from the bottom of the car when refueling, the nozzle won't click off no matter how fast or slow I would fuel. Was told that I need a new tank (under warrenty). Anyone else have the same problem?
Also, is there a way to enlarge the fueling neck to better accomadate the nozzle? All the stations hear, the nozzle would jam up inside the filler neck and was thinking that was causing the nozzle not to click off.

The nozzle should click off just fine once you have a tank that doesn't leak. There is no need to stick the nozzle spring past the fingers in the filler neck. This is the first time I have read/heard of this problem. BTW, The tank and filler neck are all one piece... Looks like you'll be good to go after they put a new one on.
