For a manual.. it couldn't hurt to add a bit of molibidumumdisulfate to cut friction a bit. Moly oil and grease is always supposed to be better.

I wouldn't. A quality GL-4 fluid, changed every 60k (or maybe a bit more) miles, is all you need to keep your tranny happy.

Exactly only help that Liquimoly m0s2 is my trick to 480k miles on Malone S4 and running like a top still.
