Hi does anybody have some sort of answer to why MPPS has the 1.9L PD ECU as a EDC16U34..... My 2005 BEW which is the PD TDI..... Uses the ECU of EDC 16U31...... The only options for selecting EDC16U31 are if you select the 2.0 liter TDI can anybody shed some light down this rabbit hole

Maybe it's geared for the EU market, and those are the ECU's over there?

Cheap China tool more than likely, with no real support. The ratings on Amazon alone are not looking good. Not to mention most I looked at require Windows XP SP2 only. Outdated to say the least. Others said they got a virus and were told to turn their firewall and antivirus off to even use it. Wouldn't touch it myself. Historically speaking these kinds of cheap tools usually come with bug ridden, virus infected software that may or may not work or take over your computer.
