MOV files

What program will open and run these? And what about the MP4 file as well?

I am dying to see them, and am almost technologically illiterate!

Apple's Quicktime is required. It can be downloaded for free from the Apple Website.

I do have Apple's Quick Time, and tried cutting & pasting the URL for the MOV file, but it's not loading. Could it could be a firewall issue, since I am at work?

Depending on the speed of you connection it could still be downloading. Try right clicking on the image and doing a "save as" onto your local computer. Once downloaded, try to play it.
