I wrote them a polite but firm letter that was essentially an aggregate of the my posts made in this thread. I followed that with a phone call and request for their customer service chain of command including VW-NA and VAG.ziffdine said:Nice. I never needed to speak with anyone beyond the dealer. I hope to have the issue resolved within the next two weeks.
