MK6 Jetta TDI Metallic Rattle at Highway Speeds (~ 70MPH)

I have a 2012 Jetta TDI sedan with the DSG with about 131,000 miles. Last year, I had a stage 1 apr tune put on and the DSG tuned. I also had the timing belt and water pump done in late 2020 so it's fairly recent. But, lately around 70 MPH a metallic rattle can be heard that is a bit concerning. It's only present when I am on the throttle and I don't hear it unless I am on the highway. Any ideas of what it could be?
