For the cooler delete, which is not really a fun job, you only need one of these: https://a.co/d/1eJ5osz
And a 3/4in 90 elbow - get that at any hardware store.
The cooler delete is not needed but it does give you a bunch of space.
If you ever want to tackle high pressure EGR, you would use this https://tditunes.com/product/egr-delete-kit-for-2-0-tdi-cr-cjaa-engines/
Crap.... So more money... And more questions...
DPF delete
https://mecevo.com/parts/flowdirekt...e_25_inches_ss304_stainless_downpipe_kit.html (with CAT)
EGR delete (needed? Necessary? Suggested?)
https://tditunes.com/product/egr-delete-kit-for-2-0-tdi-cr-cjaa-engines/
Resonator
https://a.co/d/6tecMWx
Tunes
Stage 2
DSG

Is there anything else I would need to purchase/do to get rid of these codes once and for all?

EGR delete, totally optional
Resonator, optional, really personal preference
DSG, recommended but depends on driver
DPF Delete - Makes your car off road only, but the exhaust and tune will clear those codes

If I do end up deleting the EGR, can the cooler still stay or does that have to be removed also?

There are two EGR systems. If you just do the exhaust, it will come with a plate that closes off where the low pressure connection was.
So there is low pressure EGR removal, which is the EGR cooler, a low pressure fitting to the turbo and a coolant elbow
Then there is the high pressure EGR (not connected to the low pressure EGR). That has a plate on the exhaust manifold and plate on the intake manifold EGR flap.
The tune will disable ALL the EGR functionality so removing either system doesn't really do anything except it looks better.
So each EGR delete has its own components and each is a bit time consuming.
Hope that helps

Ok, took the advice, only doing the DPF removal. I got the Flowdirekt kit with cat. Any suggestions on how to get it in?? Every video I've seen have been 2 pieces and the downpipe is fed through the top... This 4ft long single piece is NOT going in through the top... I also cannot find ANY videos on a flowdirekt install... Again, any help you could give would be GREATLY appreciated..

From the bottom. The flex pipe allows it to go in from the bottom without any problems.

Without dropping the subframe? Was the car on the ground or up on a lift?
Yes, without dropping the subframe. I've done it on jack stands. Just feed it up through between the subframe and the body, it'll slide right in there.

Thanks Tuheeden, that’s the parts I would need to replace a broken DPF. However, what I’m actually trying to do is delete the DPF, Egr, and catalytic converter, so I’m trying to figure out what’s needed for that procedure. Any help or direction would sure be appreciated.
go to Darkside development and you’ll find everything you need there

It's in!! Well, the downpipe is in.. did you have to cut the straight pipe? (And did yours have a little bend in it?)
Yep, you need to trim the pipe, they make it long enough for the longest car, as it's easier to trim it than to stretch it...
