Good day everyone,
I put my mk4 on jackstands so that I can remove the subframe and repair the power steering rack.
Since I had the front up, I had the subframe bushings and LCA bushings replaced.
I started to button everything back up and to finish off this job I replaced pads and rotors.
Now with everything complete, I turned on the car and tried to reverse out of the garage. It feels like the car wants to but can't.
Nothing blocking the wheels or brakes.
Since this is a bone stock manual mk4, I wonder if one of the axles is not sitting in properly in the joint.
Has anybody ran into this before? Any ideas what side the drive axle is on an Mk4 manual?
Seriously frustrated with this car lol
